Use License

This license does not include any right to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Collect user data without consent

Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (member profiles, business cards, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services.

Our Content: The platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: New chapters receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card required.

Paid Plans: After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform. Pricing is based on your chapter size.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
